These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your purchase and use of "The Apprenticeship Edge Kit" (the "Product") and any related materials from Trade Pays ("we", "us"). By checking the agreement box at checkout and completing your purchase, you accept these Terms.
The Product is a digital download consisting of PDF guides, fill-in document templates, and a spreadsheet calculator. It is delivered electronically and is accessible immediately after a successful payment. There is no physical item, subscription, or login.
On purchase you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Product for your own (or your immediate family member's) educational purposes. You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, publish, or share the files publicly. All content, text, and practice questions remain our intellectual property.
Because the Product is a digital item delivered instantly and in full at the time of purchase, all sales are final and payment is non-refundable. By completing your purchase you acknowledge that you receive immediate access to the complete Product and you expressly waive any right to a refund, return, exchange, or chargeback once the download has been made available to you. If you experience a technical problem accessing your files, contact us and we will make sure you receive a working copy.
The Product is educational guidance only. Acceptance into any apprenticeship, union program, or job depends on factors outside our control, including your own effort, local program openings, and third-party decisions. We do not guarantee placement, test results, employment, or any specific outcome.
Pay figures are drawn from the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics, apprenticeship structure from the U.S. Department of Labor, and student-debt figures from the Education Data Initiative. Practice questions are original material written in the style and on the topics of real apprenticeship tests; they are not copies of any actual exam. Figures and program rules can change after the Product is updated.
Trade Pays is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any union, Joint Apprenticeship and Training Committee (JATC), test publisher, employer, or government agency.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the Product is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Product.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in effect at the time of your purchase governs that purchase. Continued use of the Product after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
