This Privacy Policy explains what information Trade Pays ("we", "us") collects when you visit our site or buy "The Apprenticeship Edge Kit", and how we use it.

• Email address — only if you sign up for the free quiz or a mailing list, or when you make a purchase.
• Payment information — handled entirely by our payment processor (Stripe). We never see or store your full card details.
• Usage data — basic, non-identifying analytics (pages viewed, device type) only if you accept cookies.

2. Cookies

We use a small number of cookies. Essential cookies keep the site working and remember your cookie choice. Analytics cookies help us understand traffic — these only run if you select "Accept" on the cookie banner. You can decline analytics cookies at any time and the site will still work normally. You can also clear cookies in your browser settings.

3. How we use your information

• To deliver the Product you purchased and provide support.
• To send the free resources or updates you asked for (you can unsubscribe anytime).
• To understand and improve site performance, in aggregate.
